Distance Energy Healing Session

Had a healing with Elina the day before yesterday (Friday) and at first I felt tired and exhausted but after sleeping I woke up feeling really renewed and specifically around the energy issues we worked on with Elina. She warned me I could possibly have what she called a healing reaction like feeling sick or super tired because my body is detoxing so I suppose it worked haha I felt like a new person the next day I just had to take it easy the night after the clearing we did. During the healing I felt comfortable and calm which is strange for me because I normally have a lot of anxiety and it was a video call where she said I could keep my camera closed if I didn t feel like showing up but I have been watching her YouTube videos for so long now I felt so familiar with her so I kept my camera on. So today I feel best out of the past two days and my mind has stopped running back to the same topics, I was going crazy and I told Elina and she did a clearing. I really don t feel a connection to these thoughts anymore or the person that I was ruminating about. So I suppose it was a success. I will do the things she advised me to keep my energy clean and continue to shift my frequency as adviced. Thank you so much Elina, big fan!
